Contact VanVox

Use the route below that best matches your request. Please include enough information for us to understand the issue, but do not email passwords, full bank details, access tokens or unnecessary customer data.

General support

For account access, product questions, billing questions during the beta, or help using VanVox, email support@vanvox.co.uk.

Include your business name, the account email if you have one, and a short summary of what you need. Do not include passwords, full bank details or full customer records. Identity verification may be required before we discuss account-specific information.

Support is handled on a reasonable-efforts basis during the beta. VanVox does not currently offer a formal SLA, guaranteed response time or round-the-clock support.

Privacy enquiries

For questions about the Privacy Notice, how VanVox handles information, or the subprocessor register, email privacy@vanvox.co.uk.

Include the topic you want us to review and any relevant account identifier. Keep examples short and avoid sending unnecessary customer data.

Data-subject rights

To ask for access, correction, restriction, objection or portability where those rights apply, email privacy@vanvox.co.uk.

Tell us which right you want to exercise and how we can identify the relevant account or record. We may need to verify your identity before acting on the request.

Data deletion

For deletion or account-closure requests, use the direct deletion route: privacy@vanvox.co.uk.

Include your business name and WhatsApp number in full international format if your request relates to WhatsApp service data. We may need to verify your identity before deleting information. The data deletion instructions explain the current process.

Security reporting

To report a suspected security issue privately, email support@vanvox.co.uk.

Include the affected page or feature, a concise description and any safe, redacted evidence that helps us investigate. Do not send passwords, API keys, full bank details, access tokens, vulnerability exploit payloads beyond what is necessary to explain the issue, or unnecessary customer records.

A suspected security or privacy incident is handled differently from an ordinary support request. When you report one, it helps to tell us the affected page or feature, roughly when you noticed it, and what you observed — a short, redacted summary is enough for us to begin.

We acknowledge reports we receive with a short reference and assess them through an internal process, without repeating anything sensitive you sent back to you. We cannot guarantee a response time during the beta, and we do not claim on this page that a mailbox is staffed around the clock.

Do not open a public issue for security-sensitive reports. We do not publish internal controls, rate limits or infrastructure details on this page. Our security statement explains the controls we do describe, and how reports are triaged.

Formal contractual or legal notices should be sent by email to support@vanvox.co.uk or by post to the registered office below, where postal service of formal notices is accepted.

Ordinary support requests and product questions should use the general support route. Formal notices must not rely solely on WhatsApp.
